We also cater to established players who do not want the burden of producing their own capsules as this can be extremely time-intensive.
We provide product and powder sourcing, blending of product to specifications, contract manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of products, as well as sourcing empty capsules through our supplier network.
Encapsulation and pressing of tablets have traditionally been the domain of medical and pharmaceutical giants who can manufacture and produce capsules and tablets on a large scale. The nutraceutical and herbal supplement industry has grown in recent years with many new players and products available entering the market place. People are looking at alternative options which may include homeopathic remedies and natural medicines. A barrier to market often experienced by smaller parties is that most medium and large-scale pharmaceutical organizations require minimum production volumes with long manufacture lead times according to production schedules. This is often beyond the reach of entrepreneurs wanting to enter and test their products in the marketplace.
